If products are lost or damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided that the items are returned unopened and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
